- All the ingredients you need will be provided.
- You just need to bring along an apron and a bag to take home your creations.
- During the session hot and cold drinks will be provided as will some freshly baked healthy treats to sample.
- Recipe sheets will also be provided.

This 2 hour session will teach you how to eat foods that are good for you, ingredients that you may not have used before and techniques that will bring out the flavour of food without it adding any thing to your waistline. You will also be able to taste a selection of delicious healthy baked treats and prepare some dishes that will fill you up for longer, leaving no room for those tempting chocolate snacks!
